Councils submit a chaplain nomination through the #SBMMA form to their state council. Chaplains do not have to be a part of the submitting council; however, they must reside in the state/province in which they are nominated. Councils can submit winners from previous years. Email a copy of completed form to State Program Director by April 1. Send to programs@louisianakc.org.
