General Rules
We’re excited to announce that any member in good standing of a Louisiana KC Council who loves amateur golf is warmly invited to join our tournament! When you register, just bring your current membership card, showing that your dues are paid through at least December 31, 2026. This thrilling tournament features 36 holes of medal play, except for the Senior Net Flights, and we’ll have one fun 18-hole round on Saturday, followed by another on Sunday. Our dedicated State Council Athletic Chairman and tournament chairman, with support from the State Deputy, will ensure the playing schedule is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills!
Qualifying and Flighting
- Entries will be grouped into flights based on the lowest current handicap or scores from the 2025 tournament. If an entrant did not play in 2025 but participated between 2011 and 2024, they will be assigned to a flight based on their lowest two-day total from that period.
- All entries must include one of the following:
- An image of a current USGA GHIN handicap card or another recognized handicap system (e.g., 18Birdies).2.
- Two signed 18-hole scorecards, dated by a club professional.
- Either option must be included with the Entry Blank. Entrants may be re-flighted after Saturday's round at the discretion of the State Athletic Chairman or tournament chairman.
- Entrants can request to be placed in a higher flight than their handicap or qualifying score indicates, but this must be noted on the entry form.
- Each entrant will receive an E-MAIL NOTICE of his assigned Flight, Saturday tee time and Sunday starting tee box. The assignments WILL NOT be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
